The Society organizes exhibitions, mainly drawing from the collections of its members:

2009/2010 - Japan Tattoo, Tattoos in Japanese Prints, SieboldHuis, Leiden

2007/2008 - A Brush with Animals, Japanese paintings 1700-1950, KunstHal, Rotterdam

2000 - Verzameld & gekoesterd (Collected & treasured), Japanse kunst uit Nederlands particulier bezit (Japanese art from Dutch private collections), 1600-1900, Westfries Museum, Hoorn

All exhibitions were accompanied by scholarly illustrated catalogues composed by the Society, some of which are still available
